I think this must be the cutest piece of crocheted whimsy I have ever seen.
It's adorable and given the age is in fabulous condition. Made from fine cotton which is still dazzlingly white.

I believe this dates back to the 1920's and features three swans complete with tiny orange beaks and black eyes. The necks appear to have been stuffed with something to keep them upright and they have a slight tint to them. It has also been starched so displays really well.

A must for all you vintage crochet lovers.

Hand Knitted Fairy Cakes

Delightful hand knitted fairy cake. The 'icing' is a delicate pink garnished with a flower border, glitter and a sweet vintage velvet flower in the centre.
£5.00 plus P&P price depending on destination.

The 'icing' on this one is a deeper shade of orange. Garnished in the centre with a pale peach flower with a vintage glass pearl. There are white sequin flowers around the edge and a light dusting of glitter. This one is displayed in a foil case decorated with glittered crepe paper with tiny irridescent flower trim.

Both of these would look lovely in your shabby chic home. Imagine a glass compote filled with a display of these in different mouthwatering colours ~

Needless to say these are not suitable for children due to small parts choking hazard.
